Background Stamping Techniques and Upcycled Journal

Hello friends!  I am sharing a second spread in my upcycled journal at the Darkroom Door blog today.  Come on over and get a closer look!  I've featured several of the old favorite background stamps and the new sentiment collection, Simple Sayings Vol. 2.  Here I've stamped onto canvas to make a unique title for my journal spread.  Thank you for your visit and support.

I always know I get a visual feast when I visit your blog, Autumn! Lucky it's not a real feast, otherwise I would get really fat, LOL - I would just gobble it all up!

How well you've put all the layers together to create such a gorgeous collage. There's color, texture, all kinds of embellishments, food for the eye to enjoy! This looks just splendid, and I love the hairbow in this cute kid's hair! Great look with all the other items on your pages. TFS

An inspirational page with that multi-layered background and the wonderful image. The girlie looks like one of my favourite cousins - so cute with the big ribbon bow. I like the stamped sentiment on the canvas - that stamp set looks super useful. Lovely work Autumn :D
