Inspirational Easter Tulips Pop-up Card

Today I am sharing this simple pop-up card on the Tutti Designs blog.  You may remember the tutorial I did HERE on a similar Valentine variation of this card.  This version eliminates the need for layering by using two-sided patterned paper.  So hop on over and find out all of the details.  This gorgeous scripture is by Verve Stamps and just makes my heart sing!
