Grungy Steampunk Light Bulb Card Distress Oxide Tutorial

I'm on the IndigoBlu blog today sharing a tutorial for this grungy steampunk card featuring our new Shine Bright stamp set.  I'm sharing my tips and tricks for making Distress Oxide backgrounds.  I hope you will hop on over for the scoop.  Just a few weeks ago I was sharing THIS layout inspired by The Lord of the Rings, now this fun quote from Harry Potter!  I hope Frodo and Professor Dumbledore are smiling on me.  :)  Have a great day!
