Happy Wednesday to you from a very happy me! During the month of December I will be a guest designer at Word Art Wednesday. This week's free printable Scripture was a pleasure to work with.
I printed the verse to align in the bottom corner of my card panel. I distressed the edges of the panel, then dipped it in Chipped Sapphire, Frayed Burlap, and Weathered Wood Distress Inks.
Next, I embossed this gorgeous Stampendous nativity silhouette in gold onto a die cut watercolor panel. I dipped it in the same inks, only less watery. I layered over a scrolly Penny Black die and some purchased glittered snowflakes. My final embellishment was a Tim Holtz snowflake rosette. I stamped some small snowflakes in gold onto a navy card base to add a little more gold.
Please let the girls at WAW know if you enjoyed my card! I'm also entering Our Creative Corner for their Star challenge HERE, Emerald Creek Dares for their Bringing Bits of Cheer challenge HERE, The Mixed Media Card Challenge for their Celebrations challenge HERE, to Mixed Media World for their Anything Goes challenge HERE, to Scrappy Land # 31 HERE where I used their Penny Black die, and SSS Work it Wednesday for their Holiday Card challenge HERE.
Congratulations on the Guest DT spot, and a beautiful card Autumn - love the blue and gold colours.

Well done on the GDT spot Autumn and what a super card you have made for them, the touches of gold go so well with the blues and the folded embellishment really draws the eye to the scripture.
