For my last week in the Designer Spotlight with Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge, we have a theme of Pets Corner. I've created a mixed media tag with some fabulous new Carabelle Studios stamps.
What a joy it has been to create alongside this fabulous design team! Thanks again Simon Says Stamp for the invitation.
For my tag background, I embossed the beautiful Carabelle Manusript Pen stamp in white. I then dipped the tag in a mixture of watery Fired Brick and Frayed Burlap inks. I love how the ink puddled in between the text.
I stamped the Watercolor Hearts onto inky paper with Fired Brick and clear embossed. I layered with glittered black washi, burlap paper, and Tissue Tape. The sentiment is from the Occasions Small Talk sticker pack.
I stamped the dog from the Carabelle To Be or Not To Be stamp set onto inky paper. I gave a few highlights on with a white galaxy marker. I layered him over a die cut label from the Tim Holtz label set. The flower was cut from dotty fabric using the Tattered Florals Bigz die. I used glue to scrunch it up and adhere it to my tag.

aww I love this pug tag Autumn :-) he is adorable with his flower and the red and Kraft together are such a fabulous combo, the whole design is gorgeous :-)
