Hey y'all! Greetings from South Carolina where the weather's warming and vacations are planning. :) I squeezed in one card for the Spring Summer Coffee Lover's Blog hop this round. I would love to do more, but we have lots of fun stuff planned for the weekend... I hope you do too!
I'm one of those people who will drink hot coffee when it's 100 degrees. LOL! I decided to use a dotty mug as a vase for the Tim Holtz Tropical flower dies. The little pine sprig is from the Festive Greens set and the cup is the Tea Time Bigz die. I die cut all of my foliage and then sponged it with Distress Inks for a vibrant, but shaded effect.
I used the scalloped border die from the Stitched Ovals set to compliment the Authentique Utopia paper background and cup. I finished with a Tutti Designs Hello die and a Chit Chat sticker, inspired by the song Hello Sunshine Hello Sky for the current SSS Monday challenge. I've linked the song, it's so fun! Certainly the feel I was going for with this card. Happy hopping and hugs! Autumn
