Birthday Bash Monster Popup Card Tutorial

    You left a comment on a card I made at a class a couple of years ago. It was coloured on Black card. I posted that I had used H20's...thanks to your comment, I looked at the stuff i used and it was a creamy sort of pigment in a container like a paint box...not sure the name but defo not H2O's...

    Need to bring stick on notes to claesses...
