Tracy Evans AALL & Create Mixed Media Cardmaking

Hello friends!  I'm continuing on playing with the Tracy Evans semi-daily FB live classes and making cards inspired by Tracy's techniques, mostly using her stamps.  I thought I'd share a few here to inspire you to play and encourage you to catch up with Tracy's past classes via her YouTube channel or join her Craft Addicts group and play along live.

For this card I did the resist technique with Wild and Free stamp and made my focal flower from the Create It Grunge border stamp flower.  I drew the leaf by hand and then took a piece of wire and wrapped it with Wendy Vecchi washi tape to add some texture.  I stitched the sentiment in place.  :)

This card was from a gelli print class.  The white doodle dots are from that same Wild and Free stamp, only partially stamped and colored with a white sharpie.  I partial stamped Going Postal over my masked circle and doodled around the edge.  The vase is from the Flourishing Vase set and the flower is from the Happiness in Nature set, stamped three times on my extra printed paper and fussy cut.

This card was most out of my comfort zone as I don't do much CAS or super bright work.  The stencil I used to lift my ink is my favorite, called Cloister Grille.  When I lifted the stencil I used the leftover ink to print the white panel.  The same Flourishing Vase stamp was used and text from the Flower Child set was stamped for texture/grunge.  I only have copper gilding flakes, so I opted for a glue stick and transfer foil and like the uneven edges it leaves.

The flower is from Wild and Free, layered twice and mounted over one of the smaller flowers from the vase.

This card was one of my firsts, again with a gelli print and the Passion Flower stamp.  It is one of my favorites, but I blended it with my absolute favorite, Daisy Elegance.  I use the daisies on everything!  Here I fussy cut two of them and layered over my torn edge.

This card uses Create It Grunge for the focal image, stamped in black and layered over the same image stamped in purple onto a gelli printed background.  The sentiment is an oldie wood mount from my stash.

And this final card is playing with those darling critters, older AALL & Create stamps on another printed background.  He's my little boho bearie!  <3  I'll be back soon to share pages from my latest mini books.  I hope you are staying creative and well.  Hugs, Autumn
